Moise was born in New Mexico and attended Harvard University, earning his bachelor's degree in 1915, and his master's of architecture in 1916. He formed a partnership with Maurice M. Osborn in Boston, which lasted until the summer of 1917 when both partners entered the Army during World War I. He later took a job in the New York office of James Gamble Rogers where his projects included exterior designs for buildings at the Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, and for a new campus for the Colgat...
